What You’ll Do:
The Learning Experience Designer, Internal is a creative, solution focused, team player who delivers learning experiences that inspire and develop employees. This individual partners with others in People Development and across the University who are passionate about developing learning solutions that help the university achieve its mission and strategic goals. This individual applies tested theories, practices and methods to their work creating deliverables that are inclusively designed, aligned to outcomes, effective, and efficient. Success in this position requires agile and innovative thinking, the ability to embrace change, and a desire to continuously learn and develop. Successful candidates often have experience with large‐scale institutional learning, including job specific and technical topics.
