Summary:
The Corporate Merchandising – Learning Program Manager will design, development, and implement new programs / curricula to help grow and develop our Corporate Merchandising team. This role requires experience designing and developing Merchandising/Category Management learning programs end-to-end—from conception through implementation. It also requires someone who can effectively communicate and influence senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to gain alignment and commitment. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing customized programs in the most effective and efficient way and aligned to our organizational Leadership Principles. You will have the unique and exciting opportunity to develop best-in-class Corporate Merchandising development programs from the ground up for a well-known international brand.
