Job Summary:

The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is an enterprise-focused role creating a variety of learning experiences that influence behavior, culture, and performance at scale. They will deliver relevant and timely solutions supporting learners from front-line employees up to executive leadership. They will work collaboratively within the L&D team to enhance our leadership development, orientation, cultural initiatives, and professional skills offerings.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a variety of engaging learning experiences including in-person and virtual workshops; webinars, videos, campaigns, communities, and other resources that align with organizational objectives and improve the effectiveness of leaders and employees.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather insights, validate content, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with other training teams to recommend, encourage, and communicate sound design principles and strategies to create a positive learner experience.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in leadership and professional skills within the organization; collaborating with stakeholders to define learning objectives and performance outcomes.
  • Design evaluation strategies and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions, continuously refining content based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Leverage learning technologies and authoring tools to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning solutions, ensuring accessibility and compatibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets, while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide support for facilitators and trainers delivering content by offering resources and instructional materials.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Ability to work independently, while also being able to contribute to a collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models and learning technologies.
  • Focus on Learner Centered Design (vs. content-centric).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships, facilitate workshops and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Project management skills including organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • 8-10 Years working in a Talent Development, Learning Design, Learning Experience, or Instructional Design role.
  • Experience designing learning interventions focused on shifting behaviors in key areas (leader development, DEI, professional development)

 

 

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership. Locations posted are preferred.

 

The base salary range for this position is $101,500-$131,900 annually. This range reflects Acrisure’s good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Pay Details:

 

Annual Salary: $101,500 – $131,900
