Job Summary
The Education & Learning Program Specialist is responsible for programmatic activities of The Future Public Health Leaders Program (FPHLP), funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). FPHLP is a competitive summer immersion program that introduces students to the disciplines of public health. This position will report to the Program Director.
In this hybrid position, you will work 2-3 days onsite weekly during the academic year (September-April) and 5 days onsite per week during the summer (May-August). You will travel to on- and off-campus locations and occasionally work evenings and weekends. This position is term-limited and grant-funded through September 28, 2027, with the possibility of continuation if the grant is renewed.

Underfill Statement
This position may be filled at the Intermediate or Associate level, depending on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications. The salary offered will be commensurate with the level of the position.
Intermediate:
$56,380 – $65,000
Master’s degree in public health or related field
Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience
Associate:
$46,211 – $57,084
Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field
Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience
Background Screening
