Position Summary:
Are you passionate about empowering others and making a lasting impact on organizational success? We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our comprehensive Learning & Development strategy and brand. In this highly collaborative, facilitation focused position, you will collaborate with internal customers across all levels of the organization to design and deliver engaging, foundational, and cutting-edge training programs that build and foster professional growth. The focus of this role is to lead training initiatives primarily within the manufacturing segment, with opportunities to expand your impact by facilitating sessions for Sales and Corporate audiences as needed. You will be working closely with stakeholders in the US, Canada, and Mexico/LATAM to ensure training initiatives are aligned with our business strategy. In this role you will utilize your facilitation expertise and evaluation data to drive engagement, productivity, and performance. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development.
Preferred candidates are in the Chicagoland area, reporting to the Corporate office as part of our current hybrid work model. Location flexibility is at the sole discretion of the hiring manager.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
