Overview
We are building Microsoft’s next generation agentic learning ecosystem—a connected mesh of AI agents that personalizes skilling in the flow of work, orchestrates Skilling Advisor capabilities, and activates a governed content lake + skill graph across Viva Learning, Microsoft Learn, and LinkedIn Learning.
As a Senior AI Capability & Experience Enablement Lead you will design and deliver AI powered learning experiences that strengthen critical capabilities for managers and employees. You will translate prioritized capability needs into working solutions—configuring first party tools (e.g., Copilot based learning experiences and roleplay practice), instrumenting telemetry, and partnering across HR and Learning, product/engineering, and Responsible AI to ensure compliant, inclusive, and measurable outcomes aligned to Global Learning and Skilling (GL&S) disruption priorities.
As part of this disruption initiative, you’ll lead the development of scalable, personalized, and agentic learning experiences that accelerate workforce transformation. You’ll also own the enterprise-wide delivery and governance of AI learning capabilities—ensuring compliance, impact, and innovation.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
