Background:
The IRC’s Resettlement, Asylum and Integration (RAI) department creates opportunities for refugees and other vulnerable migrants to survive and thrive in the US and Europe. RAI serves more than 100,000 individuals each year in the US, including thousands of newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers as well as the broader immigrant community, through a diverse portfolio of programs aimed at five core outcomes: Health, Safety, Economic Wellbeing, Education and Power.
Job Overview/Summary:
The IRC is seeking a Senior Program Officer, eLearning. This position will serve dual roles. The position will support the IRC’s efforts as subcontractor for the Office of Refugee Resettlement National Call Center and Sexual Abuse Hotline. In this role, the position will design and produce call center staff-facing asynchronous eLearning modules, learning regimens, and job aides in concert with subject matter experts on the team and in line with contractor requirements and an established training plan. The role will also support other RAI learning initiatives, providing instructional design services and products across the department.

Compensation: (
