This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Sr. Manager Learning Experience Design you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s most important asset, our Team Members. On the Learning Technology Enablement team reporting to, Director, Learning Technology Enablement you will support learning transformation initiatives, including advancing Hilton’s learning ecosystem, optimizing platform and accessibility standards, and implementing technology-driven solutions that elevate the global Team Member experience.
