About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)on an assessment-development project. In this role, you will participate in five review panels, each evaluating a 100-item assessment section (approximately 600 items total). Your expertise will directly support the alignment, accuracy, and quality of the assessment materials.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an NP
  • Current, unencumbered NP license
  • Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) accepted

What You’ll Do

  • Review and evaluate structured sets of 100 assessment items
  • Provide expert feedback to ensure clinical accuracy, clarity, and relevance
  • Collaborate asynchronously with a panel of NP subject matter experts
  • Complete each review cycle within the assigned one-week timeframe

Compensation

  • $930 total for participation in the full project period
