Specialist Learning & Development
The Specialist Learning & Development plays a critical role in supporting the development of Clarks’ retail teams by delivering engaging, effective, and brand-aligned training experiences. This role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, customer experience, and selling skills across our store network, while also supporting the learning and development needs of our corporate teams. Through a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, the Trainer helps drive performance, consistency, and team engagement across our whole estate. Taking lead from the Head of Learning and Development, they will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant, impactful, and aligned with Clarks’ strategic goals.
