As the Learning and Organizational Development Manager, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive training and organizational development initiatives that strengthen capability and performance across the organization. You’ll partner with leaders and teams to build competencies, enhance engagement, and foster growth at every level of the employee journey. This role will give you the chance to have a voice in how to implement programs that support leaders throughout AO. You will work with many departments focused on strategic programs and is supporting a new department, which leaves room for providing their input in the creation of the programs.

The anticipated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $85,000 commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience. The final salary offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including equity, available budget, educational background, and relevant experience.
