We are looking for a Senior Learning Systems Professional who provides technical expertise, guidance, and support on learning, skilling, and development technologies for IT associates and leaders. This individual will design, develop, and deploy interactive e-learning content for multimedia and mobile environments to support skilling across the IT organization. The Senior Learning Systems Professional involves work assignments with moderately complex to complex issues, where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This position requires exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
The Senior Learning Systems Professional facilitates access to expertise, services, and resources related to technology-supported learning. Develops and deploys technology-based training and interactive e-learning courses and skilling modules. Guides facilitators and selects appropriate technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Cornerstone onDemand) to support development and delivery. Updates and manages the LMS. Creates and maintains user interfaces, audio, video, graphics, and animations; designs the look and feel of courses, learning portals, mobile learning, and print materials with an eye toward clarity. Assembles all elements into a running course, adds interactivity, and ensures the course can interface with a Learning Management System, if required. Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate technology-based learning solutions. Provides technical troubleshooting support to learning programs. Develops project documentation, including development standards, templates, and storyboards. Builds, implements, and maintains productivity and collaboration solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Begins to influence department strategy and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$71,100 – $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
