Job Duties:
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs for employees within the Universities of Wisconsin. This position will develop and deliver in-person, virtual and asynchronous learning. Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop content, deliver training, and assess the effectiveness of the training programs. This role requires strong instructional design skills and excellent communication abilities.

Compensation:
The Instructional Designer (Official Job Title: Training & Organizational Development Specialist II) is a full-time, salaried (exempt), academic staff, position. Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary within a range of $70,000. – $81,885. commensurate with the candidate’s education, related experience, and qualifications.
Work Location
The office location is located at 660 West Washington, Madison, WI. An in-office requirement is expected three (3) days per week and two days may be worked off-site/remote. Telecommuting agreements are subject to change at any time.
