As part of the Customer Experience team, the Sr. Instructional Designer is responsible for creating and delivering world-class educational content to our customers. In this role, you will partner with Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Customer Care, Product Management, and Product Marketing to design innovative learning solutions that drive product adoption, customer retention and internal enablement efforts. Your success is defined by our customers’ success in using our products and features, product adoption, decreased time to value and internal workforce readiness.
Candidates who live within commuting distance of an HHAeXchange office (e.g., New York, Miami, Minneapolis) are expected to work in a hybrid model, typically 3 days per week in the office and the remaining days remote, subject to business needs.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $80,000 – $90,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
