Who We Are
The Office of the Commandant (OOC) serves and supports departments within the Corps of Cadets that are critically engaged in all aspects of student development and the delivery of key services and support. OOC departments work to create environments that help students grow, develop, learn, and enhance their experience at Texas A&M by providing leadership opportunities, experiential education, and connections beyond the classroom. This position will be part of a centralized team that supports the active recruiting efforts of future cadets and their families to Texas A&M and the Corps of Cadets.
What We Want
The Instructional Design Manager, under direction, provides leadership and oversight of instructional design, curriculum development, and instructional delivery for leadership education programs primarily serving U.S. Department of Defense and Texas state military personnel. This position manages course design and instructional delivery for contracted leadership programs, supports faculty and instructors, conducts instructional methodology research and program assessment, and oversees instructional innovation across online, blended, and in-person learning environments.
