The Opportunity
The Change Activation & AI Education Manager is responsible for driving change management capability building and supporting the activation, adoption and sustained application of AI education across the enterprise. This role ensures that investments in AI education, tools, and leadership capability translate into real behavior change, confident use, and performance impact.
This role focuses on how people adopt AI and new ways of working, embedding change, practice, reinforcement, and support into daily work. The role bridges AI education with human skills, leadership, and enterprise capability development to ensure readiness and results.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $107,300 – $142,900. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
