Job Description:
At Chewy, we strive to be the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners – vets and service providers – alike. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That’s why we continue to think outside the Chewy box to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers!
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a Director, Learning and Development to join our Chewy Vet Care Learning and Development team. The position will oversee the design and development vertical that supports our Chewy Vet Care locations. This role is accountable for building scalable leadership pathways, leader programs and aligning leadership investments to business performance outcomes. This leader reports to the Senior Director of Learning & Development and coordinates the comprehensive leadership growth plan for Practice Managers, Veterinarians, and operational leaders. They ensure clinical learning standards promote consistent, high-quality veterinary care. The role will oversee the learning strategy, content approval, process improvements and analysis of the delivered experiences to determine where improvements are needed while partnering with key collaborators across Chewy Vet Care to create the maximum impact.
