About the Job 

Do you enjoy learning, teaching and collaborating with cross functional teams to contribute the growth and evolution of a global partner education program?

We are seeking a Partner Education Consultant to support the success of Brightly’s Partner Delivered Services ecosystem by designing and delivering technical training programs that help partners succeed. This role focuses on education, certification, and enablement and works closely with internal teams to ensure partners are prepared to deploy, support, and sell Brightly solutions. 

This is a remotely based role in the US with an anticipated 30-50% travel requirement. 

What you will do 

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve partner education content, training materials, and program updates 
  • Support and increase partner certification rates across domestic and global partner networks 
  • Deliver Instructor‑Led Training (ILT) sessions as part of Tier 4 partner certification requirements, both virtually and in person 
  • Act as a technical subject‑matter resource for Partner Delivered Services deployments, including data mapping and BX integrations 
  • Support partner‑facing teams by developing technical content that enables pre‑sales activities such as discovery meetings and product demonstrations 
  • Partner with to provide support during escalated technical or product‑related issues 
  • Collaborate with Quality and Product teams to incorporate user feedback and field insights into product improvements and training updates 
  • Participate as a board assessor in Tier 5 partner certification reviews 

What you need 

  • 8+ years of proven experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise software in a technical or consultative capacity 
  • Familiarity with CMMS, asset management, facilities management, or related systems 
  • Experience presenting technical material, facilitating training sessions, or supporting adult learning 
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable way 
  • Strong written communication skills, including documentation and training content development 
  • Comfort working with partners and internal stakeholders across different teams and regions

  • Background in consulting, implementation, pre‑sales, or technical enablement 
  • Previous involvement in partner programs, certifications, or education initiatives 
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

The pay range for this position is $91,463 – $156,794 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
