Skilling is key to help customers accelerate digital transformation and achieve their business outcomes—through scaled skilling on AI and deep technical skilling across Microsoft Cloud and Security.
As a Training Program Manager, Global Skilling, you will develop and execute skilling plans that empower the global workforce and reach new learners—especially those in emerging roles and evolving industries—ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in the AI era. You will work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure training and enablement are key differentiators in customer adoption of Microsoft platforms. Your leadership will guide customers on their AI journey, enabling them to build the skills needed to succeed.

Integrated Learning & Skilling IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 – $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 – $222,600 per year.
