timecard, pays Aarman monthly through Remote People (converted to INR), and
bills Brunswick.

Fee: 25% markup on $90/hr = $112.50/hr billed.
Teamed keeps 8.5% = $7.65/hr
Twist (referring recruitment firm, UK) 16.5% = $14.85/hr
Twist is paid ONLY after Brunswick pays. USD via ACH.

Plus $199/month international-hire fee.
