Are you leading a team-based project? This training is for you!

This interactive, online training helps social justice and educational equity managers and staff get everyone on the same page and working effectively. Come prepared to workshop a project plan!

To take this training, you'll need to have taken one of our Foundations courses (Managing to Change the World or Working for Change) within the last five years. 

This training is also offered at a discount as part of our Manage Successful Projects package—available for both managers and staff.  

What You’ll Learn

Planning Projects gives you strategies and tools for project planning and collaboration.

Have a project in mind-something you're managing now or starting soon-to workshop during the training.

You’ll leave equipped to:

  • Embed equity, inclusion, and sustainability into your process and outcomes
  • Create an effective project plan
  • Anticipate and plan for risks
  • Assign project roles using MOCHA
  • Build relationships and improve team communication with effective project meetings
