Making An Impact
Reporting to the change management manager, this position will focus on change management processes and deliverables, including the development and delivery of training, with the goal of significantly increasing the likelihood of delivering intended benefits from organizational changes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that organizational changes, particularly digital transformation initiatives, are understood, supported, and successfully adopted.
They will develop and support the roll-out and administration of change and training strategies, plans, tools and processes, with the goal of building awareness and desire, improving knowledge and ability, and reinforcing changes. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders across the organization, they will guide teams through change with empathy and a human‑centered approach.
