Job Description 

Join our dynamic team as an Education Specialist and help shape the learning experience for our valued clients in the high-tech industry! We’re looking for an enthusiastic educator who can transform complex technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $75,000 – $83,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the UnitedStates. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

What will you do:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials for Schneider Electric’s product offerings, creating impactful learning experiences for both internal and external audiences
  • Assess client educational needs and develop customized training solutions that align with business objectives
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops while ensuring maximum knowledge retention
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and metrics
  • Create diverse learning content including user guides, web-based instructions, and recorded presentations

 What will make you successful:

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering technical training programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Technical aptitude with proficiency in creating digital learning content
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
