Pay Range: Targeted salary $50,000 – $56,000 annually, based on experience

Position Introduction

Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. Under the direction of the CPM Instructional Design Services Manager, this position is responsible for the design, development and evaluation of training materials and content for traditional and blended learning courses, online modules and related programs. Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 24 months experience working in an instructional design position.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 72 months’ of related experience.

Department Preferences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Psychology & Technology, Adult Learning, Human Resource Development or related field.
• 36 months experience in instructional design, adult learning and development, performance measurement, multimedia, and curriculum and course development for classroom and online learning environments.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Experience working with state agency or public sector human service programs.
• Experience with multimedia software.
