Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$77,600.00 – $128,000.00

As a Learning Partner you will collaborate with learning teams and subject matter experts on project deliverables to identify, develop, and execute learning solutions that support short and long-term business goals and objectives. You will participate in the analysis, evaluation, and execution of learning strategies.
You will build and foster strong relationships with business partners and learning teams.
You will apply Adult Learning Theory to create measurable objectives and conversational content aligned with Travelers brand standards. We are seeking a candidate with a foundational understanding of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and systems. The ideal candidate excels at stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and driving consensus across diverse audiences. Strong project management skills are essential to lead multiple complex projects, prioritize demands, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. Experience integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and learning outcomes is valued. The ideal candidate will also have strong instructional design experience with proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360) and multimedia production skills (Photoshop, Camtasia, Vyond).
