As a mid or senior learning process specialist on the Commercial Lines (CL) Learning team, you’ll focus on supporting our corporate business audiences, leadership programs, and related processes and assessments. You’ll manage and maintain training courses, learning paths, learning management system (LMS). You’ll set up and schedule reporting, sensitive learning content management, web-based training (WBT) evaluations, Questionmark (QMOD)/report creation, and coordinate leadership programming processes. In addition, you’ll provide support across various programs, events, and facilitation activities such as breakout sessions, leading feedback debriefs and facilitating short training sessions.

Location: This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio), roughly one to two times per month. Preferred location within a 60-mile radius of Cleveland, Ohio.

Must-have qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of four years of relevant work experience in a professional setting, property casualty insurance, adult learning and/or administration, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting, property casualty insurance, adult learning and/or administration, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience

Preferred skills

  • Experience creating end-to-end process documentation and/or demonstrated experience updating or creating learning content
  • Demonstrated experience using data, metrics, and business context to evaluate learning process effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors and/or Workday, or a similar Learning Management System (LMS)

Compensation

  • $67,300 – $89,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
