Overview

The Senior Director of Training & Education for the Edifecs Business Unit of Cotiviti, will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of all training, enablement, and certification programs for the Edifecs BU solutions, supporting customers, partners, and internal teams. Leveraging deep experience in learning strategies, operations, technology adoption, and program scaling, they will drive measurable business outcomes, accelerating software adoption, partner readiness, and workforce proficiency in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Responsibility for the entirety of the education and training business, P&L, operations, and metrics, while ensuring customer value and business outcomes. 

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision for Edifecs University aligned with Edifecs BU solutions. 
  • Architect and deliver customer, partner and internal team and enablement programs to support onboarding, adoption, and product usage. 
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and delivery teams to maintain relevant and timely training assets which leverage state-of-the-art training and adoption tools. 
  • Lead the adoption and infusion of modern LMS and AI-driven content development tools into organizations culture, setting new standards in scalable, high-impact learning experiences. 
  • Develop new and innovative strategies/programs for partner onboarding and certification programs that significantly reduce time-to-readiness and enable growth while supporting the partnership arrangements. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services, Support, and Product teams to develop new education and training service offerings that support customer demands and requirements. 
  • Oversee the consolidation and modernization of L&D functions, streamlining tools and processes to reduce operating costs while boosting training utilization and learner satisfaction. 
  • Design and implement role-based learning journeys, leveraging action mapping, high-performance learning journey (HPLJ) methodologies, and adaptive learning technologies. 
  • Lead a diverse team to scale learning operations across multiple technical products, architectures, and delivery geographies. 
  • Establish and track KPIs for training impact ensuring customer and business outcomes, including CSAT, support case reduction, time-to-readiness, and revenue growth. 
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable business value across all education programs. 
  • Establish recurring approach to optimizing sales/contracting activities and deliverables with broader sales and go-to-market processes. 
  • Drive clarity between SaaS and On-Prem product delivery capabilities and ensure assets support the respective delivery methods. 
  • Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.  
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.  
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Computer Science/MIS or technically related field or master’s degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 12+ years relevant industry experience. 
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement, certification, and training programs in software or healthcare technology sectors. 
  • History of optimal P&L management. 
  • Demonstrated success in adopting LMS, AI, and learning experience technologies to streamline content creation and drive operational efficiency. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale projects in matrixed, global organizations. 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning initiatives to revenue growth and cost reduction. 
  • Expertise in instructional design frameworks. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Base compensation ranges from $170,000 to $230,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for commission.
