Position Summary:
As a member of the Human Resources Department, the Sr. Training Coordinator provides administrative support to the training function. The Sr. Training Coordinator organizes, schedules, and plans learning events, creates course materials, procures supplies, and prepares notifications. This role will utilize digital platforms and strategies to manage training tracking through the Learning Management System and maintains training records, which consists of conducting data entry, data analysis, and creating training reports as needed. The Sr. Training Coordinator manages administration of, and ensures completion of, onboarding plans, new hire, and qualification training. This role may also assist in the application for Local, State, and Federal Training Grants and Funds, as well as compiling any supporting documentation required.
