Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
At its core, this role is about designing and developing the learning content that gets advertisers certified on Amazon Ads. You’ll build eLearning courses from scratch, write certification exam items, and create storyboards that map out every interaction and visual. Most days look like collaborating with SMEs to get the technical details right, scripting video modules, or refining assessment questions so they actually measure what matters. You’ll review learner data to spot what’s not landing and iterate quickly. Some days you’ll go beyond the usual, using AI to speed up content production or exploring motion graphics to make learning engaging.
About the team
The Certifications & eLearning team sits within Amazon Ads Growth Marketing and is responsible for building the education programs that help advertisers and partners succeed with Amazon Ads. We develop certification exams, self-paced eLearning courses, product launch training, and advanced skills content across a diverse portfolio of projects a year. The work spans the full Amazon Ads product suite, from sponsored ads to programmatic and measurement. We move fast, collaborate closely with product and sales teams, and are leaning into AI to raise the bar on how we build and deliver learning at scale.
