- Ensure all digital learning materials meet ADA and WCAG accessibility standards, including proper use of captions, alternative text, color contrast, navigation structure, and accessible document formatting.
- Ensure content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with requirements provided by the Manager, Compliance Training and SMEs.
Learning Technology Support
- Support the technical build and maintenance of compliance training assets in the LMS and related platforms.
- Test training launches, links, completion settings, assessments, acknowledgments, and learner experience before deployment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital content, AI tools, automations, course functionality, and reporting outputs.
- Partner with LMS administrators, HRIS, IT, and other technical teams to resolve system or integration issues.
Data, Reporting & Decision Support
- Use reporting tools, dashboards, and AI-supported analysis to prepare compliance training data summaries for Manager review.
- Support data validation, trend identification, and report formatting for completion tracking, audit support, and leadership updates.
- Create repeatable templates and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Flag data inconsistencies, system issues, or process gaps for Manager review and decision-making.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Research and recommend practical uses of AI, automation, learning technologies, and digital tools to improve compliance training operations.
- Pilot new tools or approaches that improve efficiency, content quality, learner experience, and reporting accuracy.
- Support the Manager in modernizing compliance training operations through scalable, repeatable, technology-enabled solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools, digital authoring tools, Microsoft 365 tools, reporting platforms, or workflow automation technologies.
