We are looking for an experienced eLearning Developer to join our team for an upcoming medical training project. If turning complex content into powerful learning experiences excites you – we want to hear from you. 

About us
Blue Carrot is an e-learning agency established in 2014, specializing in educational content creation. Over the years, we have delivered learning solutions for more than 300 clients worldwide, including the United Nations, DNB, Takeda, University of Southern California, and Charité Medical University.

 

About the project
This project is part of a large-scale training program designed for a network of healthcare centers across the United States. The learning solutions support healthcare professionals in performing critical responsibilities accurately, safely, and consistently. This role goes beyond slide development. We are looking for someone who can engage deeply with complex content, apply logical thinking, and transform information into meaningful learning experiences.

What You Will Do
● Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360
● Analyze and evaluate source content to assess storyboard accuracy, suggest improvements to information presentation, select appropriate visuals, and enhance learner focus through graphic design decisions
● Collaborate with instructional designers and project stakeholders
● Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout course development
● Maintain relevant project documentation and actively collaborate with QA team and stakeholders throughout the content development process

What We Are Looking For
● Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360
● Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
● Ability to validate the content
● Strong attention to detail and quality standards
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
● English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (communication)

 

Nice to Have
● Experience developing healthcare, medical, compliance, or corporate training
● Experience working with SMEs and complex source materials

Engagement Details

  • Format: Freelance / contract (working during business hours in the period between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. GMT+3 will be really good)
