Our client is seeking an Instructional Curriculum Developer to join their team. As an Instructional Curriculum Developer, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting various training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, advanced skills in eLearning tools, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Instructional Curriculum Developer

Location: Remote

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for instructional design and development of learning content, including performance support training assets and functional continuing education.
  • Collaborate with other training workgroups and stakeholders to develop effective training materials.
  • Design knowledge and skill assessments, role-plays, activities, and job aids based on needs analysis.
  • Ensure relevance, quality, and accuracy of tools and processes through end-user testing and validation.
  • Contribute to priority business initiatives and/or products/service/systems requiring training for successful execution.

What’s Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development.
  • Advanced skills in eLearning tools such as Storyline or Captivate.
  • Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic program management and video/graphic skills.
