Learning Business Partner
About the Role

As a Learning Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders—translating priorities into impactful learning and capability strategies that drive measurable results. In this role, you’ll connect business strategy with learning solutions, ensuring initiatives are aligned, prioritized correctly, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, performance goals, and key challenges
- Translate business needs into learning and capability-building strategies that drive measurable performance outcomes
- Identify risks, opportunities, and gaps impacting business success
- Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and business impact
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the learning function
- Define success metrics tied to business outcomes and track progress across initiatives
- Advocate for enterprise learning standards and ensure consistency across programs
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5–7 years of experience in:
- Strategic consulting or advisory roles
- Stakeholder management and influencing without authority
- Business acumen and operational understanding
- Needs assessment and prioritization
- Data-informed decision making
- Executive communication

Salary Range: $118,800.00 – $178,200.00
