SUNY Morrisville is seeking a Learning Resources Coordinator to support student success through accessibility services, peer tutoring, library resources, and other learning resources.

The Learning Resources Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for students and supports the daily operations of Libraries & Learning Resources. The position coordinates peer tutoring services, supports accessibility services processes, supervises student employees, assists with library operations, and helps students connect with the resources they need to succeed

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students seeking assistance with accessibility services, library resources, peer tutoring, and other student support services.
  • Assist students in navigating campus resources and make appropriate referrals when needed.
  • Coordinate peer tutoring services, including administration of the Knack tutoring platform, recruitment and coordination of peer tutors, and communication with faculty and campus partners regarding tutoring and student support services.
  • Support accessibility services intake processes, assist with accommodation procedures and appointment scheduling through the Accommodate system, and refer complex or compliance-related matters to the Director of Accessibility Services.
  • Assist students with accessing learning technologies and assistive technology resources, referring more complex needs to appropriate staff as needed.
  • Assist with service desk scheduling, workflow coordination, and daily operational support within Libraries & Learning Resources.
  • Support library access services, including circulation functions, course reserves, and assistance with printing, scanning, and other library technologies.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and support student employees within Learning Resources.
  • Collect and maintain service statistics and assist with assessment and reporting activities.
  • Support outreach efforts that encourage student use of academic support services.
  • Collaborate with Accessibility Services, academic support units, and library staff to ensure coordinated student assistance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of Learning Resources operations.
