Energized by mentoring and supporting other learning professionals?  We are seeking an experienced Team Lead, Learning & Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging, accessible, high-impact learning solutions that support customer success, market expansion, and talent development across the organization.

This working technical lead role provides day-to-day leadership to a small learning and development team while also performing full-cycle instructional design and eLearning development. This position will partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design innovative learning solutions that drive customer engagement and satisfaction, support surveyor and staff competency, and align with key organizational priorities. The ideal candidate combines effective collaboration, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles with strong technical expertise in full-cycle instructional design, including needs analysis, content design and development, multimedia course authoring, implementation, and evaluation.
