Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Training and Development Manager – AI trainer, where you will design, deliver, and optimize innovative AI training programs for learners across diverse backgrounds. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design and curriculum development to drive impactful learning experiences that shape the future of AI adoption and literacy. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting-edge technology with people development in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine AI training curricula tailored to various learner levels and organizational needs.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars on AI topics, ensuring high participant engagement and comprehension.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and learning analytics, utilizing data to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and the customer’s team to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to administer training modules, track learner progress, and generate insightful reports.
  • Incorporate the latest trends and best practices in AI and adult learning into all training programs.
  • Coach and mentor team members or facilitators to maintain a high standard of instructional delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training delivery—preferably within tech or AI-focused environments.
  • Mastery of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity, engagement, and adaptability to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible, actionable learning content.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a remote team setting.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and learner outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience training technical audiences or facilitating AI-related content.
  • Certification in instructional design, training, or a related discipline.
