Delivery, Facilitation & Communications: Facilitate live and virtual training across instructor-led, hybrid, 1:1, and self-paced formats, and own L&D communications.
LMS, Compliance & Systems Ownership: Own LMS administration end-to-end, including enrollments, learning paths, content publishing, and reporting, and own rollout and tracking of required and compliance training.
Onboarding & Enablement: Own the new employee onboarding experience and lead L&D discovery as new companies join the portfolio.
Measurement, Stakeholders & Continuous Improvement: Own L&D measurement across the value chain, using metrics and learner feedback to continuously improve program quality and impact.
