A Glimpse of the Job
The Teaching & Learning Innovation (TLI) team is seeking a dedicated and customer service oriented Learning and Instructional Design Support Specialist I to support the delivery and facilitation of high-quality hybrid and online courses for Mays Business School. This position assists faculty with the effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and integrated instructional technologies. The specialist provides technical support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless course experiences, including resolving LMS challenges, delivering just-in-time faculty support, and maintaining documentation, tutorials, and guides that promote consistent instructional quality.
As a member of the Teaching & Learning Innovation (TLI) team, this role collaborates closely with the Learning Delivery and Learning Quality units to ensure successful course preparation, launch, and facilitation across Mays Flex Online programs. The Learning and Instructional Design Support Specialist I champions reliable instructional delivery, proactive problem solving, and continuous improvement through data-informed feedback, ultimately enhancing the learning experience for faculty and students alike.
