Are you passionate about helping employees and leaders grow, develop, and reach their full potential? Caterpillar Financial is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to lead impactful learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, employee development, and organizational performance.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with business leaders to identify capability gaps, design innovative learning solutions, and deliver development programs that drive measurable business results. You’ll influence enterprise learning strategies, facilitate engaging training experiences, and help build the workforce of the future. The role profile includes responsibility for learning strategy, instructional design, leadership development, training delivery, organizational development consulting, and learning technology utilization.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to identify critical skills, capability gaps, and workforce development priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing expertise on learning strategy, talent development, leadership capability, and workforce readiness.
- Create scalable learning programs and development pathways aligned to business objectives, critical skills, and future workforce needs.
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences that drive employee growth and knowledge transfer.
- Lead skills-based learning initiatives that strengthen workforce capabilities, support career growth, and enable internal mobility.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning by helping employees build future-ready skills and navigate meaningful career development opportunities.
- Leverage learning technologies and data to drive business impact.
What You Will Have:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field.
- Expertise in designing and implementing learning solutions that drive employee growth, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.
- Ability to consult, influence, and build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience assessing learning needs and developing scalable solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Curiosity and commitment to staying current on learning trends

- This role requires 5 days a week in office
Compensation & Benefits:
Summary Pay Range:
$94,728.00 – $151,572.00
