Location Description
Post Consumer Brands in Niagara Falls, Ontario is home to the Original Shredded Wheat cereal, first produced at this plant 117 years ago. Today, more than 150 team members work at the plant and support the local food bank and other community organizations. The Niagara Falls plant is just down the road from the iconic and expansive waterfalls of the same name. Check out this majestic natural wonder and the various activities nearby. Niagara Falls is the perfect location for cereal and nature fans alike.
Responsibilities
Are you ready to champion a culture of growth and learning at our manufacturing site in Niagara Falls, ON? Join us as a Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner and help drive employee success by designing, delivering, and managing impactful skill-based training programs for our team.
As the site-level L&D lead, you’ll partner with leaders and employees to build a strong learning culture, manage training initiatives, and leverage technology to support ongoing development. Your expertise will ensure our workforce is skilled, engaged, and ready to meet business challenges

Job Type: Full-Time
The pay range for this position is $72,498 – $101,497 per year.
Offers of employment will be determined by factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education and/or training and geographical location of the open position.
