Job Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm
Salary: $80,000
Reporting to the Director of learning and Development, the Instructional Designer will play a key role in the development and implementation of effective instructional strategies and learning materials as well as mentor junior members of the content development team. This role will lead Project Management initiatives, provide training, and Reporting to the Director of L&D, the incumbent will collaborate with subject matter experts, team members, and stakeholders to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Included in this role is course evaluation and continuous quality improvement.
