Manufacturing Learning and Development Lead
We are seeking a skilled learning professional to partner closely with our Supply Chain Operations team to lead onboarding, employee development, and leadership programs. As part of the Enterprise Learning and Organizational Effectiveness (LOE) team, this role assesses development needs, designs learning initiatives, and implements solutions to enhance performance. The Manufacturing Learning and Development Lead collaborates with business leaders and HR to research, design, and implement effective interventions, shaping the growth of frontline employees and leaders. This role offers an opportunity to impact frontline workforce capabilities in a dynamic organization.
This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week). Qualified internal candidates outside of Minneapolis may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement.

Hiring Range: $91,120- $136,680- In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
