Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, purpose-driven Learning & Development team. This hybrid role blends instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design, and LMS administration to deliver branded, high-impact learning experiences across the employee lifecycle. You’ll serve as both a learning content creator and systems administrator: crafting scalable digital solutions and ensuring a seamless learner experience.
This role will also bring a forward-thinking, AI-enhanced approach to content creation, using emerging tools like Copilot, Synthesia, and Rise AI to streamline development and personalize learning. The ideal candidate brings expertise in adult learning, a user-centric mindset, and a passion for impactful design. Success in this role calls for the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and the agility to adapt to shifting priorities within a growing team.
