Job Description
Responsibilities
The Administrator, II Learning Solutions will provide general administrative and technical support for LMS. By leveraging exceptional communication, technical, and teamwork abilities, they will effectively address the complex demands of the organization. The Administrator, II Learning Solutions will collaborate closely with Stakeholders, Program Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructors to ensure a comprehensive and seamless LMS setup, configuration, maintenance, and daily operation. They will partner with training and development professionals to deliver cutting-edge programs and content tailored to the organization’s requirements.
They will assist and back-up other administrators for any issues that are brought in for 24 x 7 support. They will collaborate with training and development professionals to deliver responsive programs and content to meet the needs of the organization.
