Position Summary
This position reports to Curriculum Manager and is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse organizational audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance learning outcomes. This includes research, development and implementation of eLearning programs, workshops, and other types of learning as determined by organizational needs, using the industry proven best Instructional Design processes. This position also supports the administration of the company’s Learning Management System and external components.
