Easterseals-Goodwill (“ESGW”) is looking for a driven and customer-focused LMS Specialist to take ownership of our Learning Management System (“LMS”) and elevate training across the organization. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the go-to expert for managing and optimizing ESGW’s UKG Learning Management System.
  • Upload, test, and manage courses, SCORM files, and other training content.
  • Manage user access and ensure smooth user experience.
  • Generate and analyze reports to help leaders track training completion, compliance, and skill development.
  • Partner with end users to troubleshoot issues and work with vendor support to resolve problems.
  • Roll out system updates, support new learning launches, and onboard employees into the LMS.
  • Train staff on LMS features, functionality, and best practices to maximize use.
  • Consult on custom reporting and collaborate with leadership to align training with organizational goals.
  • Continuously improve LMS processes and stay current on updates, upgrades, and industry trends.
  • Work with tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, and PowerPoint to support learning initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues and partners with vendor support (and sometimes IT) to resolve problems and keep the system running seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on building systems, troubleshooting issues, and finding innovative solutions.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year of experience as an LMS administrator/coordinator/specialist, training coordinator, or in project management.
    • Experience with UKG or other enterprise-level LMS platforms strongly preferred.
    • Strong technical aptitude with LMS platforms, reporting, and e-learning technology.
    • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Canva, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong problem-solving mindset.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform all essential job functions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to pass background and DMV checks.
