Penguin Random House Corporate Bookmaking is seeking an Associate Production Editor to support the Penguin Young Readers division. This role will primarily be responsible for copyediting and proofreading all stages of books, from electronically copyedited manuscripts through proofs.
The Associate Production Editor will work with Penguin Workshop and associated imprints, which include Grosset & Dunlap, Mad Libs, and Penguin Young Readers Licenses. Our publishing program spans a wide range of books, ages 0 to 18, including board books, picture books, chapter books, middle grade, young adult, activity books, nonfiction, and graphic novels. The ideal candidate will have a love of children’s books, be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
