Purpose
The Associate Director of Teaching and Learning leads initiatives within OnRamps to ensure quality implementation of OnRamps courses through effective pedagogical practice, instructional support systems, and intervention in collaboration with educators, coaches, and district leaders. The Associate Director will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of professional learning experiences that elevate instructional practices across OnRamps. It requires deep expertise in educational psychology, curriculum theory, pedagogical content knowledge, with a strong foundation in K–12 teaching and administrative experience.

Employment Eligibility:
