About the Role
As our Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you’ll own the programs, systems, and execution that help our team members learn, grow, and deliver excellent care.
You’ll build and run the operational infrastructure behind our training programs and partner closely with our Head of L&D. Your job is to take well-scoped programs and own them end-to-end: design, build, deliver, iterate.
This is a high-ownership, high-execution role. You’re energized by building things that work, solving problems before they’re handed to you, and seeing people succeed because of systems you put in place.
Compensation
Compensation: $105,000 annually with a generous performance bonus.
