About the Role:
Uber is moving fast, and our Talent Acquisition (TA) team needs to move even faster. We aren’t looking for a traditional trainer to check boxes; we need a Program Manager who can build the engine that powers our global recruiting machine. This role is about turning high-level strategy into the practical, high-quality learning experiences that help our recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators win.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$114,000 per year – USD$127,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$114,000 per year – USD$127,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$103,000 per year – USD$114,500 per year.
